The DL-MH series are 3 axis turning centers for turning and milling parts in a single setup. The machines are controlled by a FANUC Oi-TC system.
For the DL-MH series, DMTG has developed a specially reinforced cylindrical one-piece base casting with a 45-degree slant bed design. This base design accommodates a much heavier loading leading to exceptionally high rigidity, good vibration absorption and great stiffness to ensure very high accuracy machining.
The wide-range main spindle AC servo motor provides the machine with particularly high torque at low speed, and, together with a high resolution spindle pulse encoder and a hydraulic spindle brake ensures high accuracy indexing and milling during C axis work.
DL-25MH lathe and the bed are overall casting. It can bear large load area. Thus the lathe has good rigidity and absorption of vibration, which guarantees high precision machining The main transmission system use AC servo motor, with high-resolution encoder ring spindle and the spindle hydraulic brake device can achieve high-precision C-axis indexing function and milling, and have an output of low speed and high torque characteristic The lathe is configured with double-but pre-tighten ballscrew and linear rolling guideway. Thus it has high-efficiency movement, maintains good precision. All these guarantee the turret move fast and stably while keeping high precision. Machine equipped with imported Italian 12 station servo power turret, can completed drilling, milling, tapping and other complex machining turning outside, improve process capability and precision parts centralized processing. Machine is equipped with a separate automatic lubricating systems and cooling chip conveyor and fully enclosed protection, ensure the machine is always in good working condition, can greatly improve the level of automation of machining.
